It is off grid and just needs electricity to be turned on at the street, it is about 5 minutes from town, receives great cell service and it is non-restricted so there are no codes! :>) There are black bears, so not to much worry about. =) Murphy is a town and the county seat of Cherokee County, North Carolina.
