Made with metal I-beams the Micro-Mansion can be transported. However, it is our preference to build onsite providing the savings to our customers. The following are the customary items included in a finished Micro-Mansion: Harlequin - Standard • 2x8 Floor Joist • Underside completely enclosed for vermin and thermal control • Construction is moisture resistant insulated with foam • Skids are metal I-beams in lieu of wood • HUD approved tie-down straps • Designed for easy utility hook-ups • In-floor radiant heating • Tankless Water heater • Full-size 2x4 Wall Construction • Exterior - siding • All Electric, 200 amp service with disconnect and meter, meets National Electric Code • Custom cabinetry • Wood Ceiling • Acrylic tub/shower • Custom storage closets • Stainless steel sink • Insulated double pained Pella windows • 30 year shingled roof • Includes prep for porch • Walls and roofline are foam insulated • Independent inspections throughout the construction process • Full 1' inlet plumbing, meets National Plumbing Code • Engineered Wood Floors • 2 accent walls • All headers are sandwiched foam The Micro-Mansion has room to include full-sized appliances with the smaller models having a kitchenette, and each model comes with a full-sized bathroom. We design and build your Micro-Mansion on site or we can build just the shell..
